خدماتنا التدريبية:  تعتبر ترمبل للتدريب ، من الاكاديميات المتميزة التي تقدم مجموعة متكاملة ومتناسقة من البرامج التدريبية وورش العمل المصممة للقطاعين العام والخاص، ان الخدمات التدريبية والاستشارية المختلفة التي تقدمها ترمبل من خلال وحدتها إدارة التدريب والتطوير، تسهم بشكل فعال في نشر المعرفة وبناء القدرات والمهارات وإعداد القوى البشرية التي تتطلبها خطط التنمية المستدامة.

جميع البرامج التدريبية وورش العمل مرتبطة ببعضها البعض حيث تركز في المقام الأول على رفع الأداء الخاص بالأنظمة والقوى البشرية، وبأسلوب يؤكد على تحقيق رؤية وسياسة المنظمات ، حيث يتم النشاط التدريبي والتأهيل المهني والمتخصص

الدورات التعاقدية

تعقد هذه الدورات حسب الطلب أو بشكل خاص لتلبية الاحتياجات التدريبية لمؤسسة معينة اعتماداً على أهداف المؤسسة المراد تحقيقها.

تعمل ترمبل من خلال منهج التكامل والشمولية في أساليب العرض والتقديم والتقييم والملائمة مع ظروف البيئة والجهة التي تطلب خدمات التدريب.

الأساليب

تعتمد فلسفة التدريب على أساليب التدريب بالمشاركة من خلال أساليب تدريبية متنوعة مثل (دراسات الحالة، التمارين الفردية، العمل في مجموعات، العصف الذهني، الحوار المنظم، لعب الأدوار، الزيارات)

الأدوات

تستخدم ترمبل المعينات التدريبية السمعية والبصرية والأفلام التعليمية وأجهزة الحاسوب وأجهزة العرض الإلكترونية كأدوات لتوصيل المعلومات وتوضيح المفاهيم العلمية والسلوكية .

التقييم

تلتزم ترمبل بتقديم تقرير متكامل إلى الجهة الطالبة لخدمات التدريب عن سير العمل في البرامج والدورات بإيجابياتها بهدف تأكيدها، وسلبياتها بهدف تلافيها في البرامج التالية.

الشهادات

تمنح ترمبل شهادة مشاركة بالساعات التدريبية لمن يحضرون الدورة بفعالية  ، ويعتبر التزام المشارك بحضور اللقاءات التدريبية شرطاً لمنحه هذه الشهادة، كما تمنح ترمبل شهادات مهنية أخرى لدورات وبرامج مصممة بالتعاون مع جهات مهنية متخصصة.
